Tenant turnover has been very low, and our goal is to have long-term tenants. Despite the quality, our apartments will rent below the average one-bedroom apartment in Charlotte.
We use SRP Management Company, and an onsite Tenant-Relations Manager, to support those who appreciate the quality and serenity of their living space.
We have recently completed renovations on many of the apartments.
If you like this uniquely situated complex, and find you like another apartment better, you can express an interest to SRP and be informed of any new vacancy before we offer it to the public.
All fifteen second-floor units have elevated living room ceilings, and personal balconies. The four upstairs corner units have larger balconies, and personal stairs down to the ground.

We provide excellent maintenance to ensure our residents feel proud to call Bloomdale their home. With 42 parking spaces for our 30 units, you will sometimes be able to literally park near your front door. With a convenient on-site self-serve laundry, you will not have to lug your laundry to a laundromat.

Unit 4115-14 My first view of Bloomdale Apts: I loved architecture, beautiful red doors, your own rocking chair out front, grounds nice with lovely crepe myrtle trees, plus affordable! I felt this was for me!!! Spacious rooms, large bedroom closet, appliances furnished, ceiling fan in living room, individual back patio, laundry room, WIFI, all giving comforts of home. Peaceful, safe, & very quiet neighborhood surrounded by lovely homes. Check them out may be perfect home for you too!!!
4115-13 When I saw this place, I knew it would be perfect for me and my son. Quiet, friendly neighborhood and very affordable. I love the patio and onsite laundry.
4115-12 I have been a tenant here for a few months and have truly enjoyed the time. The other residents have been friendly when engaged. I also feel comfortable and safe walking/running around the area. I have only had one incident with my back door which has been handled promptly. The price is also great for the area. Would recommend to others.
